New: OSPS Version 12 → 3 MoBi®

Large Molecule PBPK & TMDD (M07-12)

Description
In this course you will learn how to set up a simulation for large molecules (proteins and peptides) in PK-Sim, export it to MoBi, and implement a Target-Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD) model. This is demonstrated in the context of a model for antibody-drug conjugate PK and PD.
The course is the first in a series of three. In the next courses "Adding an Organ (Tumor)" (M08-12) and "QSP: Tumor Growth Inhibition" (M09-12), you will also learn how to generate a tumor compartment and link its volume to a tumor growth model.
